InterContinental Al Khobar

My stay at Intercontinental Hotel Khobar was not that great. Waited six hours for check-in with no clear communication about the time it gets ready. Staff responses were unhelpful, and the atmosphere was chaotic with angry and shouting guests at the reception. The lack of customer service was further evident during dinner the following day, where on of the staff members made snide remark about the delay, adding insult to injury. The Food was Amazing and Tasty. Making it a memorable one. Will definitely recommend high. Overall, my experience at this property was not satisfactory, and I advise to reconsider it for a holiday destination.

The peaceful environment and the staff's response to the situation are commendable, although updates to the facility could enhance the overall experience.

The breakfast is nice, the place is quiet and convenient, there is no disturbance, and all the food is exceptionally excellent. Also, brother Mahmoud in particular, his service is excellent and everyone present.. I recommend visiting

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing – everything tasted melted in the mouths. Absolutely one of the best meals. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Sangeeth was very warm & welcoming and paid attention to every detail. He was exceptionally good at his job. Highly recommend!

Sangeeth's professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanour made dining at the hotel a memorable experience. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the ambience of the restaurant was perfect for both casual and formal dining. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy for me to explore the area. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough, especially for the outstanding service provided by Sangeeth and the rest of the staff. They indeed went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
