This place is absolutely amazing, all the waiters at breakfast area are very friendly and helpful. Reception staff are well trained, helpful and they have great experience. I will always recommend this hotel

Catastrophic service! Although we had a confirmed booking, they sold our room to other guests and told us upon arrival that the hotel is full. Did not try to help in any way! AVOID ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

Very basic standard hotel in Jeddah city . Around 15min by car to the airport (international Jeddah airport) You have a swimming pool in the rooftop. Breakfast is very simple and basic I would say a hotel like Hyatt house Jeddah is for a quick stop in the city or a long stay (room equipment are like home)

Excellent location with good views on Sari Street with good parking space and well controlled access. Rooms are clean and neat with exceptional design and large windows. Setting area is really cozy. Furniture is excellent and very comfortable, there is enough outlets and USB ports for mobile and devices charging. Water pressure in the bathroom is really great; however inconsistent temperature is a bit annoying while in the shower. Reception team and restaurant team are really nice and accommodative. The breakfast variety is another great thing of this facility. I couldn’t have a chance to use the swimming pool but it really looks great.

I spend very nice valentine evening on the roof restoration, the food was perfect but I didn’t like the swieet , very good services . I would like to leave a special thank for Tofail he made my experience unforgetabul

Welcome to Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street. I visited this hotel in the mid of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the roof. The breakfast timing starts from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The reception is on the L floor.
