I was extremely disappointed with the poor hygiene and cleanliness standards at the hotel during my recent stay. Despite having seen some positive reviews and pictures online, I found the reality of the hotel to be extremely different and disappointing. Firstly, the hotel seems very old and worn, and this is evident from the outdated furnishings and overall state of the building. Furthermore, upon entering my room, I noticed a strong musty odor and stained carpet full of dust and hair. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with hair and dust visible on the floor and sink. The sheets and towels also had visible stains and did not appear to have been changed or washed properly – even if washed with very stinky washing powder. Additionally, the common areas such as the lobby and elevator had a general feeling of uncleanliness, with dirty carpets and walls in need of a thorough cleaning. The lack of attention to detail and basic cleanliness standards made me uncomfortable and disappointed with my stay that I couldn’t even sleep the whole night. I believe that the condition of the room and common areas did not meet the basic standards of a clean and comfortable stay, and I do not feel that I received the value that I paid for. It would also be appreciated if the hotel website could provide a more accurate reflection of the hotel's current condition, to avoid disappointing other potential guests.

I won't live here ever again. They checked me out of the room without telling me, and when i asked the receptionist who did this! They told me they are sorry and won't happen again! Of course it won't happen again because i am not living here again. And they do not give you a wake-up call! How is it that a 4 stars hotel doesn't give you a wake-up call! They say they would, but they don't. Two days in a row, they didn't wake me, the first day they didn't wake me at all, the second day i woke up my self, and the knocked the door to wake me, but i didn't respond to see what they are going to do, they knocked and that's it! The receptionist was super nice when i was angry, and the food delivered to my room from the hotel restaurant was delicious. The hotel was a bad experience for me.

I like this Hotel, it's where I usually stay when in Jeddah, the Staff is professional and friendly. The location is great, a few minutes to the airport and on the main Highway. The only thing I really feel needs improvement is the breakfast Menu, it's been the same for ages.
