This place is good, we had a pleasant stay, one star deduction for not being strict with people who don’t stick to ladies time in the gym, we are in Saudi! Ladies time has to be respected from residents and enforced by the hotel.

This hotel looks run down and unmaintained. The check-in process took a long time. Upon entering our room it smelled like cigarettes. We asked the room be changed but all they did was spray a cheap airfreshener. Breakfast was okay--nothing special and tasty. Not a great value. On the positives, they allowed a late checkout and the security officer was very helpful.

My stay at Hyatt House was extremely memorable. In my years of traveling for work, I have never met such a fantastic and hospitable team. From the personnel at breakfast, to the receptionists, every member of the hotel was thoughtful and kind. I would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Roaa from the Front Office for always going the extra mile to making sure my stay was comfortable. She does her job with passion and dedication and truly has made my stay at the Hyatt House an unforgettable one. I could not recommend this hotel enough, for its amenities, location, but most importantly its staff and team.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great staff and location was just perfect. Our room was looked after by Shafik, he took great care and thank you Shafik. Breakfast was great, nice variety but the staff here made it extra special for us. Bayozid, Saddam and Tofayel, shakil made our 5 night stay special and we are very grateful for that. They had great suggestions for us. The breakfast manager is great, always smiling and if it gets busy he would bring the food out to the customers and start serving to help with back up. Great place, highly recommended and the mentioned people make it extra special.

Welcome to Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street. I visited this hotel in the mid of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the roof. The breakfast timing starts from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The reception is on the L floor.
