Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Jeddah, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is located in an excellent location Sari Area Jeddah, with easy access to the prime locations of jeddah with easy access away from the traffic and nearby attractions. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal choice. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. They were always friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The value for money at the hotel is unbeatable. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The dining options at the hotel are also excellent, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, my experience at the Hyatt House Jeddah was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and affordable stay in Jeddah. The location, staff, and value for money make it an outstanding choice, and I can't wait to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay - 20 nights. Breakfast 5/5 Internet 1/5 - very very slow we end up use our 3G Rooom 4/5 - comfortable and nice, the air-condition works on censor/movement so it will automatically turn off when you sleep (no movement) and we were woken up mid night as we were sweating!! luckily that was solved. Curtain need to be cleaned. Bed 5/5 Bathroom 5/5 Location : was very close to relatives & friends so 5/5 Amenities as below : Kids area : 3/5 Acessable, clean and available anytime we were there, options/ toys were limited. Pool: we didn’t use it but seemed nice. It closes early despite hot evenings. Parking: Indoor but we didn’t use it so not sure about price and convenience. Staff : very friendly and professional. Overall we will come again!!!

This place is absolutely amazing, all the waiters at breakfast area are very friendly and helpful. Reception staff are well trained, helpful and they have great experience. I will always recommend this hotel

Catastrophic service! Although we had a confirmed booking, they sold our room to other guests and told us upon arrival that the hotel is full. Did not try to help in any way! AVOID ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

Very basic standard hotel in Jeddah city . Around 15min by car to the airport (international Jeddah airport) You have a swimming pool in the rooftop. Breakfast is very simple and basic I would say a hotel like Hyatt house Jeddah is for a quick stop in the city or a long stay (room equipment are like home)
