Great place to visit. Very near by to some good locations of Dubai. Nice staff and clean rooms. The hotel is near to Meena Bazaar walkable 10 mins. All the surroundings are nice and clean. Food is also nice and the cost is little expensive, however serving to the room is one good part.

Had a great time during the stay at the hotel. All the hotel staff is warm, courteous and helpful. Great spread for breakfast buffet, and good sized rooms with all typical amenities. Located on a busy intersection in Bur Dubai, so close to public transportation (Al Ghubaiba Metro station and bus station is at a 15-20 min walk).

The room is clean, foods are good. Staffs are very accomodating specially the room boy, his name is Bikash i think. Always goes in the room on time providing everything that is needed daily. There is also this other guy but I forgot to ask his name a Filipino guy. Also the people in the reception are easy to approach.

The hotel environment is quite good but the assistance of the staff is very poor as well as the buffet meal is not up to the mark. Front office desk are very confused regarding check in and check out process need to be polite with the guest and implement the training part.

Being first time in DUBAI this hotel and my room was going to be home. I feel very very good with all staff like who picked me from airport. The person who use to clean my room he use know I need extra water that he never used to forget. The boy at travel desk help us to plan well for our tour in Dubai. And also a big thanks to PALAK it was really nice to meet you all.
