Mirnian Hotel

One of the best hotels in Jeddah that I visit every time I travel to Jeddah. The location of the hotel is very excellent, all services are around you, as well as restaurants. I highly recommend

Stayed here for about a month. The hotel is nice, but there are bad things that happened to me: - Housekeeping does not give you towels after cleaning except a few times. - When you ask for towels, you have to call the reception, and they delay you in bringing them, and then you are surprised that they brought you only one towel!! And when I told them I wanted another towel, they said no…!!! - Once they didn't bring me a towel after waiting almost two hours. And once they told me that there are no towels today! After my complaints, the receptionist, Abdullah Al-Khathami, told the scholar to bring me a towel from one of the empty rooms. - The electricity in the hotel went out for two days. On the first day, about 3-4 hours, and the next day, about an hour. The hotel did not compensate me for this matter, despite my stay in the hotel for about 3 weeks at the time. - When the electricity went out, the receptionist, Abdullah Al-Khathami, treated me badly, did not respect me, and did not try to calm me down, even though there was no electricity in the hotel, and my room was on the sixth floor. And the elevator is not working. He didn't care at all, and I told him I want to speak to the supervisor and he didn't give me his number and deliberately provoked me without any reason. Unfortunately, he was treated badly by the rest of the reception staff. - In short, the hotel is good cz it’s still new, but the service is very, very, very bad.

If there was less than one star I would choose it. Rude unprofessional and arrogant lady manager. Never seen like this ever in my entire life! I will never stay nor I recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was very good and spacious. The bathroom was too small in proportion to the room. The check-in was slow. The service was slow too, maybe there was not enough staff to help guests.

Stayed here for 6 nights with my husband and little girl. Great Suites and friendly staff, equipped with almost just the necessities (bathroom amenities, Water boiler, tea, coffee, sugar and empty fridge) and the hotel staff and reception were helpful in providing any requests to their capabilities. The location of the hotel is great, everything is accessible with a park nearby too and the view in the top floors is good and quiet. I rate it 4 stars only for lack of soundproof walls and the delay in delivering requests by the cafeteria, as for the soundproof, I could hear the conversation of my neighbors which is awkward 😅 Overall, I would come and stay again 👍🏻 Thanks
