My self staying in hotel form long time, All the staff are very helpful. The atmosphere is very good and the hotel is in the best location. Great facilities. Specially house keeping staff very good (Mr. Hassan).

All tourists in this hotel seemed to be from India Hotel's locality is boring. The swimming pool in the top is fit for children below 10 years and is small one. All hotel staff seems to be Indian or Pakistani. Cleanliness & room service is good. Staff is polite, food service is also good enough Finally I forgot a pair of costly sandals over there, they showed no interest in helping me get it back instead they placed conditions to collect it

Excellent stay, Affordable rate. Good food Very good staff. Specially room service guy Isaf was very good, helpful and deserves appreciation. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Good for every stay whether it's group stay or family anything. They help you with everything.

Hi , I will update you that all amenities were made in working conditions when I called twice or thrice to get it fixed. It was not there I’m working conditions. If you want me to share video here if your non working amenities then you can ask. It’s better for you to accept the truth and improve the things . The kind of efforts you are making here to reply , it’s better put it there to improve the service and quality .

The room and bathroom was very clean. Service was very quick. Breakfast spread was very good. Location easily accessible by metro or bus. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Especially would like to mention Mr. Riyaz, front office manager Mr. Surya and the receptionist May who were very kind. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, looking forward to visit again.
