A very nice place to stay, away from the usual traffic of jeddah and also there breakfast on the roof is quite nice give a nice veiw of the area

Negative points: Worst room service we have ever experienced. We have paid for 4 nights and We have asked for cleaning after 2 nights. Nobody came for cleaning the apartment even after asking twice (by calling in the afternoon around 2 pm & personally at reception around 7 pm) while we out for dinner. When I found "no cleaning" after coming back from dinner, I have called again for cleaning (3rd time) then I got the reply that room service is not available at this time. Eventually, I have decided to reduce our stay and next day we left this hotel and went to the much better Hotel. Positive points. 1. Nice location with underground parking 2. Close to Indian & Pakistani Restaurants. 3. Children's swimming pool.

Finished apartment little bit noisy Bathroom is too small Time to time need to ask for refill the coffees and tissues And be aware about the check out invoice Willing or unwillingly they gave me wrong invoice with wrong amount Asking from them also not polite Minor staff soo good
