I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Convention Center in Mecca, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and professional staff, starting with Sara at the Hilton Honor desk. She went out of her way to give us comfortable Haram view. The view was spectacular. The attention to detail in the room was impeccable, and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and luxurious stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sumin at the dining area. He went above and beyond to ensure that our breakfast was not only delicious but also a pleasant experience. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and truly pampered. The lounge at the hotel also deserves a special mention. The staff and the chef went out of their way to provide excellent menus, filled with a variety of delectable options. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the lounge, Overall, our stay at the Hilton Convention Center met our expectations. One drawback of the hotel is the difficulty for wheelchair defendant to access the Haram from the side door. They have to go from the main door which will lengthen the distance.

Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant managers are very nice. However, the carpeting in hallway and rooms are old. Some couches/arm chairs needs deep cleaning or replaced all together. Location is fair due to the fact that there’s construction and it takes little uphill climb to get to the hotel from masjid. The managers seems concerned about guests opinion but all they have to do is look at past comments and rectify those issues. Then the ratings should improve.

Good hotel. Close to haram walking distance like 3 mins. Good to stay since it is neat and bathroom as well clean. Breakfast also nice with varieties everyday. However the first day we check in There was a confusion after clearing out the confusion the lady working in reservation told us we need to wait till 1600 for room to be cleaned. At 1700 we were still not given the room it’s only after I met the manager and told him about our mishap he responded quickly and allocate rooms to us. There was no bellman to take our luggage’s from the bus we had to do it ourselves from bus to hotel. Service very slow. When checkout we had to phone reception like some 10 times. To take our luggage out. Also the sloppy walkout make things a bit difficult.

Family with kids between ages 10-1, executive suite. Loved the room itself, has a walk in wardrobe, the little nook in the bedroom looking over the haram was amazing, also a speaker inside the room for the azan & salah & plenty of space for kids to play as we were there for 3 nights. Service was good, housekeeping was friendly & helpful. Location wise if u have very young kids with stroller, it isn't very convenient due to the hilly walk up to the hotel also the escalator doesn't allow strollers, so needs to be folded. If no young kids it's actually a pretty good location, not super crowded like the clock tower. Access directly via haram gates 70-75. Breakfast spread was great even the executive lounge was very convenient because the kids were often hungry and we were too lazy to walk down to the shop areas.

Very secured hotel with a decent view. Quad room is under average for the price paid. No extra blankets. They take forever to come clean or change linen. The worst part is that it's up a hill, which makes it extremely challenging if you have a pram or wheelchair as there's no sidewalk for it. Always a queue at a reception. Parking is ridiculously expensive!!
