I stayed at the Hilton convention in September 2023. This hotel is very close to Haram Mosque and easily accessible. The rooms are clean and spacious with beautiful views of the Masjid. Staff are extremely helpful, and especially Abdullah Rahman, who made our stay extremely delightful with cleaning every day and did not disturb us until we requested his service. Reception staff and security are very helpful. Did not try any breakfast or dinner as it was overpriced. The location is excellent. Will definitely book here again, and I wish the package for food and room could be made cheaper as they are losing a lot of customers to the malls next door. Laundry service is overpriced and cheaper outside. Only complaint is that there are many beggars who are sat outside the hotel and I felt sad all the time seeing 3 year old children sat on pavements coming into the hotel in sweltering heat asking for money along with men and women who were there for our entire stay of 8 days.
The taxis are outside the hotel and are cheap but can be cheaper if you have a minute to haggle. The windows do their job to keep sounding out, and prayers can be joined in from the hotel as there is a speaker inside every room and a mosque on the 3rd floor, which is beautiful. Will definitely return here, and I would recommend this hotel.
