I recently stayed in a suite for two nights and overall had a wonderful experience. The suite was spacious, elegantly decorated, and provided a comfortable retreat. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff were helpful. However, one aspect of my stay was less than ideal: the makeup room service. It took an unusually long time for the staff to come and clean the room, and I had to call and coordinate multiple times, which was quite inconvenient. This is an area that could use significant improvement. Despite this, my stay was enjoyable, and I would still recommend it for its excellent service and beautiful accommodations. I hope they can streamline the makeup room process to enhance the guest experience further.

The hotel is clean and good! But ssldy the service is kinda bad..,I don't, like the service it's really slow and they say they will come fast and they come very late so I presume that you need to know your workers why they are late. Thank you

Great modern rooms . But by breakfast availability, they mean their coffee shop: which is obviously misleading. Location has a great disadvantage due to conduction work going on in the surrounding of Haram.

Clean spacious rooms, with budget-friendly prices. Conveniently located across the Rashid Mega Mall, and a 15 min drive to the Prophet's Holy Mosque, and similarly, to the airport.

This hotel is located in a great area. The front desk is very welcoming. The property has parking available. My family enjoyed the rooms as they were spacious and clean. There are plenty of shops and mall near by. My kids enjoyed the pool and the water slide. Mashallah great hotel all around.
