Affordable price for 1 night stay. The room is too spacious yet cleanliness isn’t maintained. No towels provided but based on the leaflets it should be given. Staffs friendly. Not allowed to check in until 4 pm. Cabinets not cleaned. No more outlets available for charging your devices.

Rooms are great! Everything is beautiful! Staff service 10/10 - they are very friendly and flexible. Food 10/10 ( we asked for traditional food) and was a success. Facilities 8/10 - gym need some repairs as machines are very abandoned. Location: is not a very peasant friendly as it feels is only for cars in case you want to check surroundings. Internet 7/10 ( but I think is overall Ryhad internet) A great place to stay for Rhyad.

I would give 3 or 4 stars. Rooms are spacious. But not very well maintained. Furniture looks old. Microwave wasn't working, bit the workers got us a replacement fairly quickly. Other negative is the lack of electrical outlets beside the bed. The lamps on the side table were unlit the whole time.

first day we checked in, there was a black flying cockroach around 6:00am! there was a strong smell of cigarette from outside or from other room,furnitures are old and almost broken. the worst is they are not cleaning the room everyday but when we requested for room cleaning the Egyptian receptionist told us to pay 50 riyals for room cleaning!!! what a mess and terrible experienced!!!!not even worth 1 star
