I recently attended a one-week course at Centro Hotel and would like to provide additional feedback regarding the meeting room experience. While there were several positive aspects of my stay, there are a few more areas that could be improved to enhance guest satisfaction and safety.
1. Comfort of Meeting Room Chairs: One of the main concerns I had during the course was the discomfort caused by the chairs in the meeting room. Over the course of eight hours, the chairs proved to be quite uncomfortable and caused lower back pain for many attendees. Providing ergonomic chairs or cushions in the meeting room would greatly enhance the comfort and overall experience for participants.
2. Shaded Parking Lot Access: Another issue that arose during my stay was the restriction on accessing the shaded parking lots. Despite the parking lots being empty, we were not allowed to park in the shaded areas. It would be beneficial if guests were allowed access to these parking spaces, especially during hot weather conditions, as it would help protect vehicles from sun damage and enhance the overall convenience for guests.
3. Quality of Coffee and Water Availability: The quality of the coffee provided during the course was disappointing. It lacked flavor and often arrived cold, which was not conducive to an energizing experience. Additionally, after 10:00 AM, it was challenging to find bottles of water, and once they were finished, there were no refills available. It would greatly improve the experience if the hotel ensured a steady supply of water bottles throughout the day and served hot, fresh coffee during scheduled breaks.
