I visited Spa JW Marriot for a full spa experience and I was blown away by the hotel, the amazing staff, their friendliness and their client services. They deserve every star of the 5 star and if I could I’d give it 10! The hotel is so clean and tidy, which is so important to me, I was very pleased with how clean and organized everything is. Everything from the pool, to the sauna, to the steam room, showers, and massage rooms is so aesthetically and refreshingly pleasing. Throughout the hotel the view of Riyadh is fascinating. Pinky and lovely have amazing hands and we left the place feeling so relaxed, I don’t feel any tension anywhere, truly wonderful experience. You also get refreshments like water, coffee, tea, and some sweets throughout the spa area. The place is quiet, and beautiful relaxing music plays throughout the place. This was definitely an experience to remember. The manager Asma, assistant JJ and the rest of the staff Asala, Pinky, Lovely, and Zainab were so friendly and professional. They made sure we had a wonderful experience and I left the place feeling very satisfied. I would like to mention the value of their services is worth every riyal spent. I absolutely loved it! I would recommend this place to my family friends and anyone out there! Visit it and I promise you will not regret it. Full guarantee.
