Well, well. Rooms are ok (Like in any newly built hotel). Had the red light on, yet cleaning team still entered my room where I had private materials and money lying around openly. Also, door was not properly closed after their cleaning so anybody could have walked in. Quite a disaster.
My colleague (a Titanium member) had charged a salad to her room and was haunted by hotel staff since the front desk had not taken extra credit from her credit card at check in. They knocked on her room door at midnight (!!).
Not JW Marriott standard. Won't be back.

This hotel is amazing and the city lights view at night is breathtaking. The entire staff is welcoming and nice. The spa is incredible! My husband & I are especially thankful for Anwar & Noora for making our stay here wonderful. They gave us a complete tour of this beautiful hotel and showed us all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

I visited Spa JW Marriot for a full spa experience and I was blown away by the hotel, the amazing staff, their friendliness and their client services. They deserve every star of the 5 star and if I could I’d give it 10! The hotel is so clean and tidy, which is so important to me, I was very pleased with how clean and organized everything is. Everything from the pool, to the sauna, to the steam room, showers, and massage rooms is so aesthetically and refreshingly pleasing. Throughout the hotel the view of Riyadh is fascinating. Pinky and lovely have amazing hands and we left the place feeling so relaxed, I don’t feel any tension anywhere, truly wonderful experience. You also get refreshments like water, coffee, tea, and some sweets throughout the spa area. The place is quiet, and beautiful relaxing music plays throughout the place. This was definitely an experience to remember. The manager Asma, assistant JJ and the rest of the staff Asala, Pinky, Lovely, and Zainab were so friendly and professional. They made sure we had a wonderful experience and I left the place feeling very satisfied. I would like to mention the value of their services is worth every riyal spent. I absolutely loved it! I would recommend this place to my family friends and anyone out there! Visit it and I promise you will not regret it. Full guarantee. I’ll make sure to come back here every time I visit Saudia Arabia! Thank you again to Asma, JJ, Asala, Pinky, Lovely, and Zainab! I was treated so kindly and very professionally. So so happy I stopped by! ?

In JW Marriot Hotel spa was the best experience i dealt with them for years and they never disappointed me, the service and staff was amazing and they take excellent care of you the place is very well cleaned, i really thank the massage specialist “pinky “ her massage was very good and i felt very comfortable after it , the host is excellent,
i really recommend it thank you ?

It was a mazing experience
I tried the massage and Morocco bath with Pinkly, she was a really nice, smiling and helpful. in addition, she has a good experience for massage
It was relaxing day , Zainab as well she was really nice and helpful , I felt so different and to be honest I feel so belonging to this place for sure it will not be the last time , hope to see all of you guys when i come again...
