Extremely poor service. You can barely get food on time because they never answer their phone. It’s better to cook by yourself or else you’ll starve to death. We always have to wait for 15mins or more before someone opens the gate, and sometimes we’re late to our appointments because there’s no one to open the gate and the staff is busy playing volleyball. As I’m writing this it’s been 5hrs since I’ve been continuously calling to order from the kitchen and no one answers. Save your money and don’t bother booking this horrible service hotel.
