They are using a diffuser machine to remove the smoking smell from the room. Its tooo strong, You can test the perfume all the day and night, my skin started to itchy, really its the worst smell. and because its a villa two floors, the stairs has no handles, so you need to be careful. The furniture is too old and so used, of course I will not recommend it to anyone.

Braira hattin is a very good, I enjoy here and villa was very nice and f&b service excellent especially Mr.Nazir restaurant manager was very kind they arrange for me nice breakfast and also good service thank you for everything.

The atmosphere is more than great, Very close to the boulevard Riyadh season, less than 5 minutes by car. The Villa was clean, and smelled well.

I have just checked out and honestly speaking all the staff were very polite and the place has a great location BUT during my stay the internet stopped working for 4 hours the bathroom had a noise problem and took a couple of hours to fix all the phones wouldn’t work so we had to repeatedly walk to the reception and complain and on the last night of our stay the electricity shut off for a couple of hours . I expected this place to be very luxury and professional but all they could offer is politeness with no follow ups just words .
