WiFi was not working as long as I try connect it. Private parking was close doors,,, it might open with some requests but normally it is closed.. I parked outside in public space.. Room and W/C was OK as shown in hotel pics.

The lady in reception I felt racist towards me because I am British citizen but in her eye I am Bangladeshi. I stayed 6 days with out hot water also I requested 4 days of my 6 night stay that I don’t have hot water . I fell I’ll because of this . I even told the Bangladeshi staff member why she being racist towards me I am paying gust . Also I paid for breakfast but was told that this hotel doesn’t provide breakfast. Never again I will stay in this hotel. I urge anyone from United Kingdom’ not stay in this hotel.

We didn't have towels and when we ask they said in the morning anyway we have to wait till morning to take a shower and drain over flow and no hot water
