Poor customer service, and I had to leave the hotel with humiliation. Might as well be honest with yourselves and rate your hotel as 2 star hotel. A good design with poor customer treatment = failure. I have never felt humiliated like this before.

It was one of my best visit to Riyadh. The female receptionist was so nice and warmly welcoming. I reached so early at she offered me a free breakfast till my room gets ready and let me checked in sooner. This is one of the best satisfying customer experience I had in Riyadh hotels. The room is fine and price wise is fine and the location is so good. I will come back more often and get the same hotel!

The evaluation is for the restaurant only The place is very beautiful. But the service & food low Quality. As the photos shown there isn’t any name for each plate and for the juice (I felt like I was drinking water?) and Limited Items.

Stayed for a night, it’s called art view but there isn’t that much art? but over all it’s good. Good for a short stay in the city.
