"Last night, at around 11:30 PM, I arrived at the hotel. After completing the check-in procedures, I entered my room around 11:45 PM. However, I was surprised to find that the bed linens were completely unclean, as shown in the pictures. I called the reception, and the staff said they would send someone to replace them. The person arrived after about 15 minutes with a bedsheet but without pillow covers and bed sheets. I noticed that they were also unclean. When I informed him about the issue and the need for pillow covers, he placed the bedsheet on the prayer mat, as shown in the picture. When I sought help from the reception, they suggested moving to another room. I moved to a supposed-to-be cleaner second room, but it turned out to be worse than the first one, as shown in the video. The staff tried to convince me to go back to the first room, claiming that finding hair on pillows and bed sheets is normal. I had to go down to the reception to resolve the issue, and this continued until 3 AM. You can verify this through the hotel's surveillance cameras."
"When I requested an interview with one of the hotel managers, the staff informed me that there is no manager available at the moment, and I should wait until 8 AM. Indeed, I waited until 9:30 AM, but the manager did not show up. This forced me to leave the hotel due to my work commitments."
