Rooms were ok but the service and staff were very bad and staff was very rude . I will not recommend to stay here

Pathetic Service and Rude Staff. I had placed a booking on booking.com in April for a 1 bed apartment which was almost 2 months before the trip. On reaching the premises I was informed that the booked room is not available and a downgrade will be given for the same price. On raising the issue that it is a downgrade and price should be reduced, the receptionist Aboobacker said to go look for a room elsewhere and I wont be accommodated that too at 9pm when i just arrived from UAE. Moreover he was shouting and used obscene language. When I told the matter will be taken to the police only then Aboobacker composed himself. It is understood from other staff that the room was given to another customer for a higher price. No point booking with them through official channels as it cant be guaranteed. I had to check into a nearby hotel that was available Moreover the Receptionist issue needs to be addressed by the management.

Value for money, peaceful and located in the heart of the city. The desk is very helpful and they ask you for your feedback everyday. Will visit again if i do get a chance.
