It was a bad experience to stay here,, don't choose this hotel for stay,, we asked for cleaning of room they said that they do after every 3 days,, at check out no luggage trolly to move luggage,, bad behavior of reception staff,, people bear them due to stay for Hujj and Umrah

Doesn’t comply 3 star rating. Location is good. A big clean lobby. But Beds have bugs. Dead landline. Room services zero. Staff is unprofessional and non-cooperative.

Location is very good but no have cleaning rooms very dirty no change the bed sheet very smell in the room not available car parking

The location of this hotel is near to Masjid al-Haram, it is clean, but the rooms are very small. The size of four bedrooms is 20x10. The number of elevators is very less. There is a kitchen facility in the room but the stove is not usable.
