Dear Zaatar I really loved your refillable home made iced tea. Why you changed it with lipton iced tea in can for the same price? seriously?! Anyway, the bread is still the best i ever had and also the potato chicken. I dont have much pictures because i was soo hungry after my night shift and forgot to take one. Please return back the iced tea

I ordered food from this restaurant 3 days ago through the app and this is an honest review. 1) The burger, known as Angus Boom Burger, that I paid 52 Riyals was disgusting. It looked nothing like the one showed in the picture. It was plain + hard + old + cheap beef patty with raw onions and ketchup wrapped up with some kind of thin bread. 2) It came with a free salad which was rotten and was smelling extremely bad as soon as I opened the lid. I would have food poisoning If I ate that. 3) I ordered a 20 Riyals cheesecake and a 6 Riyal Mountain Dew, but both of this were not included in that bag. This is not the fault of the delivery man, it’s the restaurants fault! I am trying to get my refund. And if possible don't go there, I don’t want other customers like me to be SCAMMED by them. McDonald is 10 times better than this trash.

Wonderful breakfast, tasty, prices little high in compare with the products& service. The bad experiment in eating inside this branch is the staff approach and their mug faces with the customers specially the girl. I believe they need training and quality control service.

Food is an acceptable standard, but Coronavirus is no excuse for plastic knives, forks and plates. Made the experience feel cheap.

Its my first time to try this. I got curious because its screaming FRESH. Im amazingly surprised by how light the foods were and my kids liked it. The breads were so fresh really.. Additionally, the iced tea is refillable for a cheaper price! Will definetely comeback.. I was so glad we tried it!
