I want share my good experience l planned for Jeddah from yanbu last late night and planned to reach early morning 6am with family I contact Hotel Manager (Ms. ABEER) a good lady she immediately did room booking and arranged I reached early morning 6am with family and checked -In alhamdulillah, I appreciate (Ms.ABEER) for her good behavior and understand the situation of customer and deal very well 👌. I Also appreciat owner to choose good employees. I stayed with family safely and happy. Thank you and I recommend everyone to choose and stay here I recommend all my friends and relatives.

-No one was at the reception at the arrival, actually 5 days i never saw anyone at the reception. -Awfully dirty. -Very veryyy old. Bed, couch, toilet, tabs, everything extremely old and needs maintenance. -Water Heater is centralized, you need to wait 10 minutes for the water to get hot. -Windows not sealed properly, car sounds are like with you in the room. -I kept clean the room request on for 2 nights, no one came to clean. -Pictures posted speak for themselves

Unprofeshneal staff aren't aware how to talk with customers, I booked my room online 24 hours before I reached they don't have data they're one person Bongali no hygiene standard at all just earn money from customers, he been smoking in the front desk, and his hand nails like a 💀 monster. When I told him he started fighting with me. I will not recommend it to anyone.just waste of money. Evan I called many times from room service no one cared about customers.
