Piatto (Pronounced pee-aa-to) was the winner of the “Best Casual Dining Restaurant” at the Saudi Excellence in Tourism Awards. An authentic Italian dining experience that is located at the corner of Ibdaa Plaza on Said Ibn Zayd Rd, Qurtubah.

Piatto’s warmly lit entourage takes inspiration for its decor from the city of Biella, Italy. With red-bricked walls, a cobblestoned ground, and tree branches decorating the ceiling, this scenic, and comforting environment provides the perfect setting for a notable meal.

Piatto offers a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes served by welcoming and attentive staff members. Vegetarians and vegans also have a variety of options to choose from on the menu and if asked, the staff will take into consideration any food allergies or any other dietary restriction concerns that guests may have.

Piatto is a place where Italian cuisine clashes with American culture. A wonderful family friendly place where you can enjoy flavorsome food and a delightful atmosphere. They underwent a renovation recently and the place has looked a lot better, the windows and seating are more open, the arrangements and decor feel a lot more modern, they have an amazing couch/seating area at the back, and a very nice open greenhouse style seating at the front (which would be lovely during winter). Portion sizes are big, flavours are rich, and the overall quality is well over quantity. Have come here almost 3 times within the last month, with 3 different friend/family group, so you can see how much they have positively changed. 5/5 stars, will come again.

Brilliant place for food, ambiance and customer service. The place offers a wide range of Italian delicacies competing for your attention and appetite. The recent renovation has created a magic inside the venue which makes your dining experience all the more worth it. Equally good for single, dates and families. Very supportive staff who cooperates with you in every possible way. Chicken, pasta, pizza and sandwiches menu are my most favorite Recommended 9 / 10
