Piatto Italian Restaurant- Riyadh Unclaimed

Hello, me and and my family went to piatto a day after national day for dinner, the welcome was wonderful and we found a table easily but the restaurant was so crowded, we ordered the food and they gave us some appetizers garlic bread and a Caesar salad the waiting time for the food was 45 min to 1 Hour, first came the artichoke appetizer it was perfect and next came the onionion soup bread bowl it was the flavor wasn't that rich it was OK, after that came the goat cheese vegetable pizza it was to salty there were no tomatoes and no olives there ware no ordinary vegetables they used unusual vegetables that you would see on a pizza after that came the shrimp pasta and Alfredo chicken pasta the shrimp pasta was OK as for the Alfredo tasty but I recommend it without mushrooms and after that we ordered disert we ordered the Italian cream puff it was delicious it was the best part of our meal ?. With our dinner we ordered the red Saudi cocktail it was absolutely flavorless and surved plane we complaned to the waiter about it and it was surved again with fruit in the jug it was delicious but lacking mint leaves. What we ordered and Reat out of 10 : artichoke appetizer : 8 out 10 onionion soup bread bowl : 4 out of 10 goat cheese vegetable pizza : 2 out of 10 shrimp pasta : 6 out 10 Alfredo chicken pasta : 6 out of 10 Italian cream puff : 11 out of 10 perfect ?

Ive been here for multiple of times. What I like about this restaurant is the decorations and the Italian vibes. It's a great place to spend time with your family or friends. The food is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have any issue with food they directly return it and give me another one the way I ask for. This Is something really appreciated. They have plenty of reasonable offeres throughout the week.

Last time when i visited Riyadh, we happened to have lunch to this cool place named Piatto Restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice, and we opted to seat on the second floor of the area. When eating there, there will be an unlimited salad and soup bar. Great selection of salads and usually 2 choices of soup-lentil soup and tomato soup which i find very creamy and will definitely open your appetite for what you will be having next. As for the appetizer, we were supposed to have the artichoke one, however, they ran out of it so we chose Truffle Mac and Cheese Balls. It was 4 pieces and good for sharing and it was a delight. My husband even finished his share in seconds! For our main dish, we both had the Steak Pizzaiola which are grilled rib eye steak with spaghetti in marinara sauce. I did love the way it tasted and the servings are quite big for me and i ended up taking my left over home. We had a medium sized pizza that the waiter gracefully offered to have 2 flavors on it, we had pepperoni and their best-seller chicken peri-peri. Unfortunately, our pizza came late as they have missed our order. So we had it on a take out box and enjoyed it at home as a late snack. But i think i would have liked it more if i had it freshly cooked. During that day, they have an offer for their unlimited very refreshing in-house blend iced tea for just 10sr! To finish off our meal, we had their famous ice cream gelato- creamy, rich and smooth. Over all, it was a very pleasant and satisfying lunch. And by the way, before leaving, we happened to pass by an area where kiddos are doing their own pizza and a play area for them to keep busy.

I usually come here for the complimentary salad and bread. The menu has a wide selection of Italian dishes; my favorite was the burrata salad. My little one also liked her rigatoni chicken pasta. I wasn’t very happy with the service, considering that the restaurant wasn’t very busy. I also wish they would offer kid portions or a children’s menu. Orders: Parmesan-Crusted Mozzarella Chicken and Pine Nut Rigatoni (switched it to pink sauce) Truffle Mac & Cheese Balls Burrata and Tomato Salad Spaghetti and Meatballs Burger Piatto Chicken and Mozzarella Sandwich

The ambiance is great, I liked all the dishes served the taste was great. I am expecting they can do better in pizza. The chocolate cake was delicious.
