Mink Restaurant is a beautiful and trendy restaurant in Riyadh specialising in sliders. The interior design of the restaurant is quite rustic and spans over two floors. Honestly the food was average (cola rips, maple chicken sliders, crazy maple shrimps) in exception of Tahini salad which I really enjoyed. Truffle fries was too truffly! sauce was ruining the taste of fries. The decoration gave the place a beautiful vibes, so lovely and cozy. Note that it doesn’t have a sign outside, it made me a bit confused. Dessert was an overdose for my taste mixture of chocolate, cookies and marshmallows which the waiter recommended.
