Food was good but cold Service was terrible they served us after half an hour they took my order they took soo long to have our the meal. I would give them only two stars for decoration and cleaning only. Also I would recommend to give the staff more training to improve the most important things which is service.

Amazing experience, awesome place and wonderful coffee and sweets , the staff so friendly I had an arabian coffee and i think it is the best arabian coffee I have ever had in a cafe , i will definitely come back ❤️

The best Arabic Coffee I had in in Riyadh so far. Given that Arabic coffee dallas (دلة القهوة العربية) are almost the same price everywhere...Merkaz is the best as they serve some dates with tahina and lgemat along with the coffee. Although the dessert prices are high; but I would still recommend everyone who visits this café to try the Saffron Cake (كيك الزعفران)...it is very tasty and fulfilling. The place is always crowded during weekdays and weekends.
