Description

Eydaam is a traditional Kuwaiti restaurant. They offer delicious Kuwaiti food and great service. They have two floors, the ground is for singles and the second floor is for families. They offer salads, biryani beef and chicken, chicken machboos, kids meals, and more. They have cold drinks, fresh drinks, and hot drinks also. Great food and service. Elena served and provided outstanding proffesional service. She explained the dishes in Arabic although it was not her language. The Shrimp Hamsa is so tasty.

Me and my wife visited this restaurant and were “welcomed” by extremely rude and unprofessional supervisor called Lena. She has no idea about the menu, and has no idea what she’s doing in her working place. Her answer weren’t polite and allowed herself to be rude with the visitors of the restaurant. Would highly recommend for the owner of the restaurant to choose their workers, especially supervisor level positions more carefully and hire only professional people.
