Staybridge Suites Al Khobar City

The rooms are very good we will get good complimentary breakfast. The staff was very good and cooperative. The maintenance of hotel also very good. Expecially Mohammad Allooef is a nice person he guided me very well.

Clean room and spacious bathroom with a nice kitchenette. Breakfast was acceptable and staff were very friendly and eager. However, my only issue with the hotel was refund. I had to interrupt my stay and they told me they would wire transfer the remaining balance in 7-10days (rather than refund to credit card). After many phone calls and 18 days later they did. I think it’s unprofessional.

The place is very homey. Our suite has its own well-equipped kitchen. I love their big bottles of refillable body soap, shampoo and lotion dispensers. Very environment-friendly indeed. Their shower room is above par.👍🏼 Proper coffee machine with ground coffee is available 24-hour at the hotel lobby whenever you need it. The location is perfect. Al Rashid Mall is just a 10-minute walk and other places around Khobar is within easy drive away.

Very friendly staff. Good kitchen and washing machine. Breakfast is reasonable. I like it especially for long stay.

The hotel is in a great location close to everything. The rooms are big and with modern furniture. Of course, no need to mention that they are clean and sanitise according to the normal standard. The breakfast, and the complimentary dinner that they offer for free in the evening, are delicious. The quality of the food is fabulous and there is a variety among the product. For me, what made my stay unforgettable was the care and kindness of Mr. Al Shareef. He welcomed to me since the first second I came into the reception with a genuine and big smile. Months later, I contact him to get an invoice that I have lost and he sent it to me immediately. This is called professionalism but also humanity. He does want to make your stay better and unbeatable, and he will get it.
