Today I visited Coach, the Arab Mall branch. As soon as I entered, I saw the employee. I told her that I am going to order online to get the 10% discount, but I want to choose and see the style. In fact, unfortunately, I was subjected to very bad treatment from an employee, and she told me that it is forbidden for me to hold the bag in my hand because I have long nails and the bags are natural leather. It is as if for the first time I own a natural leather bag and she is supposed to open it and show me while it is in her hand. This means it is illogical. I can buy and see at home and return it or exchange it and I cannot touch the bags on display!!! I entered the showrooms of the highest rated Coach brand and was not subjected to such a bad attitude and treatment, knowing that my nails are not long at all and I have simple nails that are not at the level of the skin.

The service is very bad and unprofessional. I came to change my bag. It took me more than 10 minutes to talk to her. What's wrong? Why is the delay? They don't answer me. Not even a word of sorry for the delay. I stand in front of them as if they were idols.

When you want to employ women make sure they want to work not just stay on phone!! Yesterday Thursday 15 June at around 7 pm I entered to coach 5 minutes and im waving for help and there was no costumers at that time!! See cameras! The ladies were talking with each other and ignoring me!! Then i asked is there another color of a bag? No one answered me After a while a lady came when her friend told her go to the customer (me) she came and said NO in a rude way i told her but i saw another color in another branch , she answered in an unpolite and sarcastic way : did u see it here? I was shocked.. i told her what do u mean by here? And ahe was staring like go out , i told her u mean this branch or in saudi? She said in saudi no other color. I said thank you and she didnt reply!! When we went out she rolled her eyes!! My friend caught her and everytome we pass she’s on the phone.. shes the tallest i guess and local lady.. make sure who do you employ in such a high brand shop!!! Etiquette is a must!! And being nice is a must or shall i teach you?

I have been waiting for 40 Min and still it's not open!! They should never mention that they are working from 9 pm to 3 am if they are closed. This is ridiculous and irresponsible!! Dont waste your time here ever!
