Welcome to Coffee Shop, which is located in Boudl Al Tahlia hotel on the ground floor beside the lobby. This coffee shop is open to public any one can march in and can spend his time in the most relax, comfort and good atmosphere. The coffee is fine and the prices are reasonable. They have Spanish latte, hot chocolate, Turkish coffee etc. The staff is polite and cooperative.  Coffee shop is located on Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz St, Al Faisaliyyah Dist, Jeddah.

We stayed there 2 nights. Unfortunately I ve started my journey there with a very unpleasant situation. Arriving a bit late (driving from Madinah) for checking with my wife and two young kids i was literally chocked when the person at the reception refused to check us in. Justification was that i did not include my two kids (3 and 4 yo) to my booking knowing the room capacity wasn't exceeded and that absolutely no hotel is checking young kids. So I was left with the best service you can expect as a client: a phone number to call at 8pm with two young kids running around the reception after a drive of 4 hrs...what a shame...anyways I decided to call the hotel hotline and fortunately I ended up with a very raisonnable person who solved my issue in 10 minutes. Long story short, they only checked me in...what a bad experience that could should have been avoided with more dedication to the hotel clients and lost of time for everybody. The rest of the staff was very courteous though.
