I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Meridien Jeddah, and I must say that every staff member I encountered during my stay was incredibly welcoming and had a smile on their face. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel like a valued guest, starting with the two ladies at the front desk, one with short hair and the other with a scarf on her head. They were courteous and efficient, making check-in a breeze.
The gentleman who was also at the front desk was equally friendly and helpful, which set the tone for my entire stay. The guys at the concierge desk were always willing to go the extra mile, providing helpful recommendations and assistance with a smile.
I must extend a special thanks to Mohamad Johar in the lounge. He made my lounge experience truly delightful. The snacks offered from 11 am to 8:30 pm were delicious, and while the lounge stays open till 10 pm, it's only for beverages.
Although the facility itself is on the older side, it is evident that it has been well taken care of and is very well maintained. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were impressive, and it added to the overall positive experience.
In summary, my stay at Le Meridien Jeddah was on point. The warmth and friendliness of the staff, the tasty snacks, and the well-maintained facilities made my visit truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay in Jeddah.
