Their coffee is great, their prices are excellent. I recommend visiting it for its amazing sessions

We stayed there 2 nights. Unfortunately I ve started my journey there with a very unpleasant situation. Arriving a bit late (driving from Madinah) for checking with my wife and two young kids i was literally chocked when the person at the reception refused to check us in. Justification was that i did not include my two kids (3 and 4 yo) to my booking knowing the room capacity wasn't exceeded and that absolutely no hotel is checking young kids. So I was left with the best service you can expect as a client: a phone number to call at 8pm with two young kids running around the reception after a drive of 4 hrs...what a shame...anyways I decided to call the hotel hotline and fortunately I ended up with a very raisonnable person who solved my issue in 10 minutes. Long story short, they only checked me in...what a bad experience that could should have been avoided with more dedication to the hotel clients and lost of time for everybody. The rest of the staff was very courteous though.
