Not worth it!! I ordered a croissant and see the photos which is self revealing. It came after 10 minutes, burnt and unfresh. I had to eat it anyways and realise i need to put a review. The guy aparently could not understand english when i complaint.

Asking to not set on chairs. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Very bad experience. I asked for a cup of French coffee stressing on the point that I need it without any Hazelnut flavour and extra sugar.. It came to me with a Hazelnut flavour and without sugar. I poilitely refused the order and asked to change. But this Saudi guy , the manager came to me angry and talked to me as if it is my mistake , as if is investigating me. The taste of the products is acceptable but no professional dealing especially in the area of the great mosque!!!!

If there was a zero option I would give this place that. The customer service is tremendously shocking and useless. No order to the madness even when they’re not busy. Got told my order would be 8mins but waited more than double that time only to be then told it would take more time ad they hadn’t even started preparing my order…. Workers there just blank you or ignore what you say. Avoid place. Left place as they hadn’t even started making it my order when I politely tried to enquire with Atleast 3 members of staff ..save your money and go somewhere else.

My experience at Brooklyn Cafe in Makkah left much to be desired. My group, in Ihraam and fatigued from our journey from Madinah, stumbled upon this cafe hoping for a familiar and comforting atmosphere, reminiscent of our New York roots. Unfortunately, our encounter took an unpleasant turn. Given our sleep-deprived and hungry state, we reluctantly consumed small sandwiches our group had provided since we hadn't had access to food for a while. Our intention was to quickly finish the outside food and then order coffee and dessert from the cafe. To our surprise, the cafe workers appeared agitated from the moment we entered. They escalated the situation by summoning their boss, who approached us with blatant rudeness and promptly instructed us to leave. Despite our attempts to explain our intention to order from the cafe, he remained unyielding. He even went so far as to inquire about the potential size of our order, a bewildering question considering the cafe was practically empty, and our outside sandwiches were just a few bites. As pilgrims seeking a moment of respite, we were taken aback by the lack of respect shown by the owner. In the end, the only thing "Brooklyn" about this place is the advice to forget about it and avoid visiting altogether.
