Bateel is a very high class restaurant. High profile people would usually dine into this place. The atmosphere is definitely worth something. Interior wise, very calm and luxurious. Especially where they have their chocolates and dates displayed. The food itself, the texture of the pasta is not the same as an ordinary pasta in a good way! Their pastas is very light yet it will make you full. Though the prices might be higher than usual restaurants, it’s definitely worth the try! Their desserts are top tier! The Cheesecake and as well as their tarts. I could say that everything was worth the price. What you pay for is what you get. Very welcoming staff too and the Head Chef is really nice and accommodating! Your Time won’t be wasted here! The food is very much Italian! Downside for some is that it is more on the high price line and it could seem intimidating, but still worth it!

Although the restaurant has fancy food 🥘, appealing menus, and it is well known for its brand, I had a disappointing experience with my family on Eid Occasion . The staff were not supportive. The food was delayed. They couldn’t not even serve a latte because there staff were not organized. And on top of that it’s to0o0o0o0o expensive 😵‍💫. I to improve their service I recommend: - Reducing their price - increasing the portion of food - separate the drinks 🍹 section from the kitchen to serve the drinks faster.

I have been finding a great breakfast spot in Jeddah for a long time and bateel fulfilled the requirement. The service was great and the staff was friendly. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend it every time. ✨🎀
