Kuuru Japanese and Peruvian Restaurant - Jeddah Unclaimed

The meal met my expectations, but I anticipated exceptional cuisine for the price. The service was excellent, and the vibrant atmosphere is perfect for those who enjoy lively places. The music adds to the experience, and the overall ambiance is impressive. However, the dessert fell short of my expectations.

What an experience! I mostly don't bother about atmospheres of restaurants as I'm into the actual food. The food blown my taste buds, splendid flavors that are just right in each of the dishes. I have never tried such outstanding Japanese/Latin food with a unique twist. We ordered: - Kurru Ceviche - Wagyu Tataki Salad - Inca Crispy Rice - Japanese Acevichado - Crispy Niku Reservation is required.

Kuuru is the only the best Japanese restaurant in my eyes in Jeddah. The food is amazing. The service is beyond amazing, from the entrance until you leave you are greeted with respect and smiles. Every single person who works there has taken hospitality and customer service to another level for me. The finest in town.

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food itself was enjoyable, I must say the overall experience left much to be desired. The service was overly rushed, with staff clearing our plates before we had finished our meals, making the dining experience feel uncomfortably hurried. One particular issue arose when we were offered wasabi without being informed of the additional charge of 89 SAR. To our surprise, we were served wasabi on a plate without prior notice. When we brought up our concerns while settling the bill, the manager's response was nothing short of disappointing. The manager displayed rudeness and a lack of understanding, even though we had a legitimate grievance. While I understand that premium ingredients come at a price, the manager's condescending attitude and failure to communicate the additional cost of the wasabi was unacceptable. It's disheartening to encounter such ignorance and a lack of customer-oriented service in an establishment that should prioritize the satisfaction of its patrons. Overall, I found the restaurant's service and handling of this situation to be extremely disappointing, and I would hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

It’s a place to go celebrate something special and want to splurge on quality food and have a good time. Great, warm, intimate atmosphere which caters to both date nights and groups. Hospitality is very efficient and prompt. We ordered Midori Salad, Shrimp Crocante, Niku Karashi, Chupe Gratin, Tako Furikake, Tori Pancaand and Crispy Niku. Loved them all. Enjoyed ourselves and it’s worth the indulgence.
