A bad experience on the happy days of eid alfitr. We rented 2 apartments at more than SR 2000 per apartment per day to live with insects, bad service, damaged furniture and complaints without response. The only good thing was the view. I will never recommend or repeat it. The pictures of the facility were faked. It is a big building with a big lie

The worst place to stay in. 1- I arrived on Thursday and the electricity was cut off until three in the afternoon and the air conditioner wasn't working well until 11 PM and it was really And they did not give us any compensation even though it was a whole day lost 2- The furniture is very old and worn out 3- The apartment was so worn out that you couldn't close the bathroom doors! They deserve a star only because of the view and the location

Whoever answers their listed mobile number is so unprofessional & unhelpful! I just called asking to make a reservation & offered to pay. First he rudely said “send details on WhatsApp” then he hung up while I still talking!! Seriously!! Second, he replied to my WhatsApp saying “call me one week before your arrival date” & now he is not answering!!!! What an unprofessional person!! Of course I want to make the booking in advance to guarantee availability, I won’t leave it to last minute specially that my 18 months baby boy will be traveling with me along with his nanny, which I told him already!!!!
