IHG Hotels & Resorts will add two more luxurious hotels to Riyadh's iconic renowned business hub, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). 

These 2 new luxurious hotels, Regent Riyadh KAFD and InterContinental Riyadh KAFD, are scheduled to be open by January 2027. 

Additionally, IHG's first hotel in KAFD, Kimpton at KAFD, is also expected to open later this year, offering guests the opportunity to discover the stunning architectural marvels of KAFD and great KAFD restaurants in the world's largest LEED-certified mixed-use business district.

The presence of IHG Hotels & Resorts in the Saudi Arabian hospitality industry has been significant, thanks to its diverse collection of hotel brands. 

The ongoing collaboration between IHG and KAFD will further strengthen this position with the launch of Kimpton at KAFD, which is expected to open in 2024. 

This will mark the first Kimpton hotel in the region. Furthermore, the addition of Regent Riyadh KAFD and InterContinental Riyadh KAFD will bring the total number of IHG properties in KAFD to three by 2027.

Regent Riyadh KAFD: A Haven of Luxury

The Regent Riyadh KAFD is set to mark IHG's first Regent property in Riyadh. The hotel promises a luxurious experience with serene touches, thoughtful contrasts, and imaginative extravaganzas.

The 250-key hotel will feature a signature restaurant, two specialty restaurants, a tea lounge, and two cafes.

Beyond its culinary offerings, the property will also house a luxury fitness facility and a Regent Spa. The hotel will offer a Grand Ballroom, meeting rooms, VIP, and Bridal Suites for events and meetings.

InterContinental Riyadh KAFD, on the other hand, aims to captivate guests with its unique perspectives and unforgettable hospitality. The 400-key hotel will showcase five food and beverage outlets, including a signature offering, two specialty restaurants, and a lobby lounge.

The property will also offer conferencing facilities, a fitness center spa, a swimming pool, and an indoor recreation area situated next to a Retail Business Centre.
