AIUIa’s Dream of the Desert Train

The Saudi Arabian Railways has recently agreed with Arsenale Group, an Italian hospitality company, to introduce the first luxury train service in the Middle East, due to launch in 2025.

The service, "Dream of The Desert," will cover 1300 km between Riyadh and Qurayyat and will also include a stop at AlUla.

With 40 luxury cabins, the Dream of The Desert trains will accommodate up to 82 passengers, offering a breathtaking journey through the stunning landscapes of Saudi Arabia.

Marriott’s First Autograph Collection Hotel

Marriott International has recently partnered with the AlUla Development Company to establish the first Autograph Collection Hotel in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. 

Scheduled to launch in 2025, this luxurious hotel will feature 250 rooms and suites and a diverse range of amenities, including four dining options, a full-service spa, a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a business center, meeting facilities, and retail space.

Six Senses AIUIa

The Al Ula Development Company and Six Senses have agreed to open a luxurious Six Senses AIUIa hotel, which will cover an area of 1.2 million square meters in Al Ula. 

Expected to open in 2027, the hotel will be located in a peaceful oasis surrounded by flourishing palm groves and breathtaking red sandstone cliffs. It will consist of 100 guest villas and 25 residences.

The AlUla Royal Commission has revealed plans for a stunning real estate development in the southern region of AlUla, known as Sidrat AlUla. 

The expansive project, which will feature 810 units, encompasses lavish villas, apartments, green spaces, and a retail area spanning 26,000 square meters.
