Beyond expectations! Truly as if you were on mars, love the whole experience from checking in till checking out. The whole staff were amazing and truly appropriate for this place. Loved how they put Luban bukhoor in every corner to reflect the place’s identity and our culture. Perfect place to rewind and relax🤍

Excellent facility, high standards villas and staff. However, way overpriced. We stayed at a one bedroom Villa for 9700 SR with VAT For one night! The coffee and Manaesh at the Tama restaurant are horrible. The rest of the food was excellent! We tried the French toast and ginger yogurt. I would stay there again if the revised the rate.

Honestly speaking what an astonishing hotel! The check in was swift and what I loved from each individual from the staff was saying “welcome home” upon our arrival. The electric bikes that are offered Habitas to roam around the area were cool and super fun! The rooms were very cozy & such a delight and I loved the fact there were no TV’s so you get a better chance to connect with PachaMama.

Two stars only Great location & decoration, but No value of money in terms of experience and services. We stayed for our anniversary & new year, but under was not pleasant experience: 1- we check in at 12 and were put in a villa next to the street exactly ( no privacy and u can always hear bikes and people passing by), and we requested for villa change and they asked us to move out from the old villa and wait till 4 pm to check in for the new one ( keep in mind the old villa was empty till 4 pm, so they could have let us rest there after our 4 hours driving to them). 2- we have been told that there was limited golf cars and we have to wait for 15, but unfortunately every time we waited from 45 to 1 hour not for the gold to come but for them to answer the phone and take our request. 3- No room service to clean the villa during ur stay 4- there were no good handovers between staff, we waited 30 min more to get the new villa after it was ready just because the new person on the desk doesn’t know our story At the end mohammed zubadi ( young guy with round glasses) and valet parking were super friendly with us

I wish there was better adjective than jaw dropping, but it’s the only phrase that comes close. Located in AlUla, Saudi Arabia right inside stunning canyon ranges, each “room” is its own bungalow. There’s a beautiful outdoor sitting area in each one, with views across the desert into the canyon. There are almost 100 bungalows, but well separated from each other. The dining room was 5 kilometers away so a series of golf carts whisk you away on demand. For the more adventurous each bungalow has an electric bike. I only stayed 2 nights while touring AlUla but wish I had stayed at least one more night. People where lovely, breakfast and dinner very good. And rocking good internet, considering the remote location. Can’t recommend enough.
