The room is very small. It is clean and nice. The bathroom is good, but the lock is bad. I got locked inside the bathroom for a long time. There is no sitting area in the suite room and no lock for the bedrooms. Parking under the hotel is available but very congested in design. Shower is nice and has excellent water pressure.

Hotel is fine Rooms are also good But receptionist didnot understand Any other language 2nd restaurant and other Cleaning staff extremely illdiaciplined and v lazy Breakfast only for people on diet. Very far from Masjid Nabwi and no taxi here so b careful

It is a good hotel overall. Service is not great, they don't do everything to help their customers. The gym at the hotel is very poor. It is simply a small room with only four devices, three for cardio and only one for muscle building. It was also closed for most of the time, for maintenance they say. Very bad experience, when I need anything I need to ask multiple people starting from the reception. They don't really give you the feeling that you are welcome or we want you satisfied during your stay at our hotel. Very unfortunate! The breakfast is good. I don't really recommend it if you're looking for an hotel with fitness center.

Very sad not happy with services at all. I was charged for breakfast no breakfast at all. I inquired the staff were rude. First time to rate a hotel with bad services. We are on the holy month we first all day and we breakfast evening. Very lousy food quality I stopped eating there and prepared to pay 100 Rials for iftar. It should be rates 3 star not possible to maintain 4 star like the service I received in mecca at sheraton four tops. Excellent service and will go back but not ever Y platinum

The staff behavior is very impolite, especially the receptionist available in night shift, overall stay was good, breakfast was fresh. The breakfast starts at 7:30 we arrived at 8am, toast bread was finished and when my friend asked the person in buffet area for Toast bread he said it’s finished and upon complaining the receptionist he gave us.
