We had a bad experience in reception. They did not give the rooms as per our booking. shower was not working, kettle not provided, no dust bin in rooms, carpets are dirty, pillow and bedsheet we found hairs which means it was not cleaned properly.

It took an hour to check in. After seeing 4 rooms we finally got a room we booked for 3 people with 3 beds. The entire place smells very bad and is not clean. The pool was not usable the day we were there but given that everything was dirty we wouldn't have used it anyway. One of the worst hotels I have ever seen

The first time I tried to live with them, I took two rooms, a living room, and a kitchen Mashallah, the housing is clean and the furniture is clean and tidy The bathroom is clean and we provide 2 toothbrushes and shampoo It is quiet, God willing, and there is no smell of smoke in it Their receptionist has a girl, Mashallah, who treats her very politely and respectfully The workers are generally friendly and helpful
