Good location, good hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. But I think it has old furniture and interiors, needs renovation. The staff is friendly and overall cleanliness is acceptable

I tried calling reception and room service multiple times with no answer. The bed sheets are disgusting and not clean, TV has no sound, bathroom sink is broken, the fire sprinkler is pushed inward making a hole in the ceiling, and AC is very noisy. Overall a bad experience. Think twice before booking here.

very expensive 350 SAR with very bad services AC is too old and it’s not supported hot mode The hot water it’s came with orange color so you will not feel boring while the shower.

The worst hotel ever, not clean old furniture bed matress is very old and it will damage your back the pillows smiley the bathroom is not clean i asked for slippers they throw it at the door a very bad room services they never answer the extension after midnight the reception is not professional over all the hotel is so bad don’t ever think to book in it if there is less then one start i will rate it minus 10
