Absolutely the worst place to stay in Hail and probably the kingdom. Where do I start? 1. Night Receptionist couldn’t give two $hts if you’re in a quite room or not, morning receptionist was very helpful though 2. Room was less than basic, rug smelled and looked dirty. There’s no complementary water or coffee sachets that you usually get in budget hotels here. The room didn’t even have towels and I had to call, ask for them, then wait at least 15 minutes to get them. 3. There are no electrical outlets next to the bed, nor is there a bedside lamp. 4. AC sounded like a jet plane taking off, turned itself in and off by itself, I’m all for white noise but it was an absolute cacophony 5. Just in general low standards in terms of guest comfort and customer care. Edit: The response from the owner is a perfect case in point.
