A good hotel. Not totally value for money. Rooms are great, clean and fully equipped. Booking experience and sorting out issues was not satisfactory and the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were either not on or out of order. Having raised some of these disappointments with the management, not the hotel staff - who did not do much - central Accor, I was offered a partial refund which made things much more acceptable. Without that I would have given this place 3 stars.

Absolutely impressed with the spacious room, amazing amenities, and the convenience of a kitchenette with a laundry machine. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the furniture is well-organized. The rooftop relaxation area and gym facilities made my stay even more enjoyable. Friendly and accommodating staff, just wish they had more clothes hangers and a dental kit available without request. Overall, a fantastic experience at this hotel!

I was captivated by the hotel's impressive social media content, but unfortunately, the actual experience fell short. While the location was great and the food exceptional, there were several areas that need improvement. The front office and room service were unresponsive, cleanliness issues were noticeable, and finding the hotel entrance was challenging due to inadequate signage. Additionally, the value for the price paid was not felt. As a guest, I expected the service to match the compelling storytelling on social media. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards bridging the gap between online promises and the real experience.

The front desk staff needs to be more prompt. They are helpful but it is difficult to make them understand things. The front desk staff can be definitely better. One has to call multiple times to get something from the house keeping. Breakfast is really nice. My recommendation would be to improve on the hospitality part especially the front desk staff. The other staff like Mahfuj and Jubayer were always helpful. They made our stay comfortable. They were very kind and helpful.

I just stayed here a few days ago, and the hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The rooms were gorgeous, so beautifully designed, and the service was immaculate. I was assisted especially by Rashed—consider yourself lucky if you come across him! Truly such a kind and helpful human. The building is so quiet, and the rooms are so comfortable. If you’re considering where to stay in Jeddah, whether it’s for a night or a few days, choose this! You won’t regret it. I was sad I could only stay for a bit, I wish I stayed longer! Plus: the breakfast selection is one of the best I’ve seen and the staff is so polite!
