Nice no frill hotel. Basic lobby, but rooms are good. We took 2 room apartment which was good, but second toilet was too small. Checking in took very long time. Limited staff but very courteous. Location is good but entrance to hotel is from back side. Over all its ok.

Having stayed at Swissôtel Jeddah, I was impressed by the luxurious experience it provided. The elegant design, impeccable service, and stunning views from the spacious rooms left a lasting impression. The diverse dining options offered something for every palate, though the prices were on the higher side. Despite this, the overall experience was exceptional, making it a top choice for upscale accommodation in Jeddah.

Amazing hotel with lovely terrace and pool. I enjoyed my stay so much and my girls loved the pool. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are nice and clean. Location near famous restaurants and cafes in Jeddah. I highly recommend it 👍🏼

Very nice hotel. My room is good.The staff are amazing and great.My experience in the breakfast buffet is totally good coz all the staff there is very polite,kind especially ELLEN she's always greet to us with a smile and also accommodate when it comes coffee or juice.She's carrying a smile and ready to help. All in all that was good and perfect.
