The hotel is beautiful , the bar is amazing, the location is really nice, the only thing is the service is really slow in the restaurant and the bar. But i would deffinately recomend it!!

This is a magic and marvelous place to be when you visit Istanbul you really have to try the shower it’s like the Niagara Falls. A Very friendly staff is completely at your service to help your visit of Istanbul

Not meeting expectations and not going enough service for what you pay actually... known name but mot standard quality. It is not worthy to pay membership fee.. People profile inside are just simple who you cam meet anywhere. Smart people are not paying for momlogical things ?

Private members club, but don’t despair the hotel attached has a discrete garden perfect for coffee and cigarettes. Ask the security guards where to find the hotel entrance.

At $600/night was looking for better service. I also had food poisoning from the fillet at the restaurant, spent the night morning suffering from both ends. We requested a late checkout as I was literally unable to get out of bed which was extended till 1:30pm. We were then threatened by hat we would have to pay for another half day. Just a lack of empathy that they have poisoned a guest, and they’re just worried about their cheque. Breakfast not impressive and coffee also not great. Disappointed.
