Very poorly maintained and two star service quality. An over hyped hotel with no pool and all balconies are size of a fruit basket.

I had high expectations but was disappointed. Booked for 3 days , checked out the 2nd. The only reason I’m giving it a 1 and not a 0 is because of location. pros -location. -Staff was nice. -hotel exterior is nice, lobby is a vibe, great decor cons -room corridors were literally so dark I had to activate night vision. I understand it’s supposed to be artsy and romantic but there’s a difference between dim and barley any light. -Room is NOT clean. I informed the reception and they were kind enough to reassure me that it will be cleaned like I asked. Went back to the room and it was still NOT clean. -bathroom water stains -toilet seat and cap water stains (the seat just needs an upgrade looks like it’s been repeatedly scratched so stuff is leaking in) -shower head had green mold and black stuff collected around -dust on all lamps (after I told the reception to specifically clean dust from lamps) -sheets had minor stains (even if they were washed you cannot present with stained sheets)!!I basically pulled off all the sheets and went downstairs to make sure the sheets were changed. Came back to the room and found the same stain. Sheets were not changed. Look, if I was paying for a flimsy hotel I would keep my mouth shut. The price of soho house is not flimsy so the hotel should be top quality. You pay more you get BETTER. This was not better.

WOW. I just love hotels and this one is just magnificent. Not only were we upgraded to a beautiful loft room but we arrived at 7am and were able to check in immediately. The building is beautiful and the facilities are great but we never got to spend enough time at the hotel which was unfortunately. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful which always makes everything so much better. It is situated in Pera and just a quick walk from Istikal Street which leads into Taksim Square which you'll find great for shopping and dining. A great area to stoll through during the day but it really comes to life in the evening. The hotel is brilliantly located and an absolute GEM. Next time we definitely going to spend more time exploring this hotel and everything the area had to offer.

We had the room with a mezzanine level - very nice and spacious. The location of the hotel is very good - close to a major shopping district and awesome restaurants, bars and cafes.

Quite disappointing to be honest. The lighting is really bad (a young man in the lift said that the hallways were dark and grim, and felt a bit like a cult). The rooms were nice but the lighting was quite bad too - no proper lighting in the bathroom for make up. We changed room because of the noise on our first night. It was my husband's 60th birthday and i informed them before our arrival, but we got a poky little room that felt like a chambre de bonne (our friend was alone and got an automatic upgrade.) Thankfully, Yorkan was kind enough to organise a better, bigger room. Despite mentioning my husband's birthday prior to our arrival, not one person wished him happy birthday. We were meeting friends and even though it was not so busy, when I asked the day before about if there would be space for 11 of us in the Allis barfor drinks, the waiter just told me that I could see how busy it was and didn't even try to accomodate. Considering how quiet it was, it wouldn't have hurt to offer to save us a spot. The staff were professionally nice, but I expected a lot better for 300 euros per night, especially after a wonderful 4 nights at nearby Pera Palace for two-thirds of the price. Yorkan was the saving grace of the hotel. He was kind, helpful and made us feel welcome.
